U.S. General Services Administration

We oversaw the cleanliness and hygiene of a multi-level building with over 426,000 sq. ft. of Federal Courthouse, offices, and high-security areas five days/week for nearly twenty years. Services included providing all supplies, equipment, and labor for cleaning offices, courtrooms, restrooms, windows, carpets, floors, power washing, the parking garage, and the lot.

Fidelity Bank - Multiple Locations

We provide general maintenance needs such as purchasing and installing all lightbulbs and handyman-type services. In the winter months, we keep the exteriors safe for staff and customers by removing snow and ice from parking lots and sidewalks.

Facilities Shower Remodel

Flint Hills Job Corps

Completely remodeled a dorm shower room consisting of 5 shower stalls. We worked together with trusted subcontracting partners to do a demo of the existing showers and then rebuilt them with new Onyx panels, including floor, ceiling, and walls.

Kitchen Renovation

Topeka Rescue Mission

We renovated the kitchen to include moving out appliances, power washing floors and walls, repairing sheetrock, painting, installing a new cove base, and putting down the epoxy floor.

Weather Forecast Office

National Weather Service

We maintain the exterior of their Topeka office. In the summer months we keep the lawn, trees, and shrubs looking good and healthy, while in the winter months we keep their parking lot and sidewalks clear of ice and snow.
